The Challenge
A federal agency needed to migrate legacy on-premises systems to the cloud while maintaining continuous operations and achieving Authority to Operate (ATO) under FedRAMP and FISMA requirements. The migration could not afford any downtime — the systems supported mission-critical operations across multiple divisions.
